regulations

1 · Registration & eligibility
  • Participant limit: The run is strictly capped at 60 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the limit is reached, registration will officially close.
  • Eligibility: Open to participants aged 16 years and above.
  • Payment window: A spot is held for 15 minutes while you pay. Registration is confirmed only once you receive your Entry ID. If you have paid but did not receive an Entry ID, kindly contact the organisers with your payment screenshot.
  • Non-transferable: Registrations and participant numbers are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Selling or transferring to another runner will disqualify both individuals from the event and the lucky draw.
2 · Run day & route etiquette
  • Check-in & briefing: All participants must report to the assembly point at least 30 minutes prior to flag-off for attendance verification and the mandatory safety briefing.
  • Route safety & conduct:
    • Runners must follow the designated route and follow marshals' instructions at all times.
    • Please stay on pedestrian walkways / designated running lanes and yield to general traffic and public pedestrians.
    • Overtaking should be done safely without cutting off or impeding other runners.
    • If personal audio devices (headphones/earphones) are used, please keep the volume at a level where ambient street sounds, marshal calls, and traffic can be clearly heard.
  • Littering: In keeping with community spirit, littering along the course is strictly prohibited. Use designated bins at hydration stations and the venue.
3 · Medical, safety & liability
  • Personal fitness: Participants must ensure they are medically fit to take part in physical activity. If you feel unwell, dizzy, or experience pain at any point during the run, stop immediately and seek assistance from event marshals or medical volunteers.
  • First aid: Basic first aid and hydration stations will be available along the route and at the finish line.
  • Assumption of risk: By registering, participants acknowledge that running carries inherent risks and agree that the organizers, sponsors, and venue hosts bear no liability for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event.
4 · Participant goodie bags
  • Every confirmed, registered participant (up to the 60-pax cap) is entitled to one (1) exclusive event goodie bag.
  • Goodie bags must be collected in person at the registration/check-in desk on race day. Unclaimed bags after the event concludes will be forfeited.
5 · Grand lucky draw — Nike Vomero Plus (worth ~₹20,000)
  • Eligibility: Only officially registered participants who start and complete the designated run course are eligible. Volunteers and non-registered pacers/spectators are not eligible for the lucky draw.
  • Presence required: The draw will be conducted at the post-run assembly area. The winner must be physically present when their name/bib number is called. If the drawn participant is not present within 3 calls (or 60 seconds), a redraw will take place immediately until a present winner is determined.
  • Prize terms: One pair of Nike Vomero Plus (approximate retail value ₹20,000). The prize is non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or alternative products.
  • Note on sizing: If exact stock/sizing is not available on-site on race day, the organizers will coordinate the order/voucher for the winner's specific shoe size following the event.
6 · Weather & event changes
  • The event will proceed in light rain. In the event of extreme or hazardous weather (e.g., severe thunderstorms, poor air quality, localized flooding), organizers reserve the right to delay flag-off, modify the route, or cancel the event in the interest of runner safety.
7 · Photography & media consent
  • By participating, runners grant the organizers the right to capture and use photographs, video recordings, and media footage taken during the event for social media, promotional, and community archiving purposes without prior approval or compensation.
