1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website fleg.in and the FLEG platform (the "Services"), operated by FLEG Private Limited ("FLEG", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, registering for an event, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Minors may participate in events only through registration completed by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Accounts may be created as a participant ("player") or, where enabled, as an "organizer". Organizer access may require verification or approval by FLEG before certain features become available.

3. Organizer responsibilities

If you use FLEG to create or manage an event, you are the organizer of that event and are solely responsible for it — including the accuracy of event details, eligibility rules, safety arrangements, conduct of the event, communication with participants, and compliance with all applicable laws and permissions.

You agree to handle participant information you receive through FLEG responsibly, to use it only to run your event, and to comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. FLEG provides the platform but is not a co-organizer of, and is not responsible for, third-party events.

You are responsible for setting and honouring your own registration, cancellation, and refund terms, and for resolving participant queries relating to your event.

4. Registrations, fees, and refunds

Some events require a registration fee. Fees are shown before you pay and are processed by our payment processor, Razorpay. A registration is confirmed once payment is successfully captured.

Unless stated otherwise for a specific event or required by law, registration fees are non-refundable. Where an event is cancelled by its organizer, any refund is handled according to that event's terms. Refund requests should be directed to the event organizer or to FLEG using the contact details below.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not: provide false or misleading information; impersonate another person; register on behalf of someone without their authority; interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or data; or use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

6. Participation and assumption of risk

Sports and physical activities carry inherent risks. By registering for and taking part in an event, you acknowledge these risks and confirm that you are medically fit to participate. You take part at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, FLEG is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any event, which remains the responsibility of the participant and the event organizer.

7. Intellectual property

The FLEG platform, including its software, design, logos, and content created by FLEG, is owned by FLEG Private Limited and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Content you submit (such as your name, photo, or event details) remains yours. You grant FLEG a licence to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the Services and your registrations.

8. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties, including Razorpay for payments and Google for sign-in. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. FLEG is not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. FLEG does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLEG's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to FLEG for the specific registration giving rise to the claim. FLEG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLEG and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your event (if you are an organizer), or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using the Services at any time and may request that we delete your account.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Dimapur, Nagaland shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
